What are my Payment options?
Acceptable credit cards are Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
What are my Shipping options?
We offer UPS ground and 2-Day service to US addresses only (excluding Alaska & Hawaii). For international shipping (Including Alaska & Hawaii), please contact us by email or phone. Pricing is based on weight and distance. Please call for any special shipping requests.
- Quick. We will make every attempt to ship your Custom Beta Box within 5 business days of the date of your order. Most orders should only take 1 - 2 days to manufacture.
- Reliable. Standard delivery will be by UPS Ground Service and will on average arrive within three days of the date of shipping to most areas in the Continental United States.
- Convenient. You can track your order online all the way from our door to yours. You will be notified by email of your order confirmation. We will also let you know by email when your order ships, providing you with the tracking number for convenient online tracking of your shipment.

How do I ship to multiple addresses?
If shipping to multiple addresses, please place orders individually or contact us.
What is the Warranty and Returns Policy?
As with any custom product, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange if you are unhappy with the colors and features you selected. If, however, you experience any issues due to manufacturing defects, you may contact us within 30 days of the purchase date for an exchange or web-store credit. Please contact customer service for return instructions.
